Important Information for Authors

1. Authors’ list is recorded in the publication office, and should remain unchanged in the final camera-ready papers;
2. Each paper requires separate registration for independent international publication and record;
3. Copyright transfer form is required for official international publication;
4. Final publication requires special attention on technical quality and English language check of your final paper. The technical committee and publication office have full rights to cancel your paper in the publication if your final paper does not meet the GMC’07 technical requirements and academic standard;
5. In case of cancellation and rejection of your final paper by the publication office due to failure to meet the academic and technical requirements, your registration payment can be refunded upon request. For any other reasons, registration is non-refundable.
6. When sending your final camera-ready paper, copyright form and registration payment, please reference the paper number in all correspondences.
